Member rates* through February 28, 2025:
$200 for one day
$360 for two days
Non-member rates through February 28, 2025:
$240 for one day
$440 for two days
Late registration rates for members and non-members start March 1, 2025:
$260 for one day
$460 for two days
*Please note that your membership with NHLA/NHSLS may need to be renewed as of January 1, 2025
Payment: Payment must be made at the time of registration, online with a credit card. We are not able to accept Purchase Orders. Please be aware that your registration will be cancelled if payment by credit card is not made within 15 minutes. Please email conference@nhsls.org with questions about registration.
Accommodations: Reserved rooms are available until Wednesday, March 5, 2025 - The Marriott at the Grappone Conference Center is reserving a block of rooms for the conference. Discounted rate of $134 per night plus taxes. Please call the hotel directly at (603) 225-0303 to receive the reduced rate.
Registration Cancellation Policy: In order to receive a refund, written cancellation of conference registration must be received by March 17, 2025 to conference@nhsls.org . Refunds, minus a $60 cancellation fee, will be processed 4-6 weeks from date of cancellation request. NHSLS will not issue any refunds after March 17, 2025.
ADA Compliance: If you require special assistance, let us know at least 6 weeks prior to the conference. We cannot ensure the availability of appropriate accommodations without prior notification.
