Which social media platforms should you focus on?How and when do you moderate your page or posts? How do you develop a regular staff schedule for posting? How do you encourage other staff to express their personality and passions? How do you work within your limitations and cope with staffing or administrative changes? What kinds of content does your audience want to see?

Laura Horwood-Benton, Public Programming and Community Relations Librarian at Portsmouth Public Library, will share tips, strategies, and rules of thumb for social media, and will host a group discussion so you can share your success stories and struggles with other paralibrarians.
