ULAC, formerly referred to as "URBANS," is shorthand for the NHLA's Urban Library Administrators Consortium. Our organization exists foremost as a conduit for communication and information exchange among urban public library administrators in New Hampshire. Generally speaking, any library administrator serving a community of 13,000 residents or larger is currently eligible for membership in ULAC, and we hope you will join us!
