We would like to invite you to be a part of our 2023 NHLA Spring Conference!

It will be held on Thursday, May 4 & Friday, May 5 at Mill Falls (Church Landing) in Meredith, NH.  We are working hard to plan a conference that will "Ignite Innovation" and inspire our colleagues to attend.

Your participation will allow attendees to have access to your services and products during our designated vendor breaks.  We hope you will sign up for a table or consider being a conference sponsor. 

 Vendor Hall Table $500 (Limited to 12):

This fee includes a table and chair with linens and skirt in the designated vendor hall, exclusive vendor times in the conference schedule, inclusion in the conference program, wireless Internet access, electricity (if needed), meals for one vendor representative and on-site parking. You may register up to 2 additional people for $50.00/person.

 Sponsorships $1,000 - $2000 (Limited to 5):

Sponsorships includes the table and chair with linens and skirt in the designated vendor hall, exclusive vendor times in the conference schedule, recognition as a conference sponsor during all food breaks, displaying of banner (if provided), your business logo on conference promotional materials, inclusion in the conference program as a sponsor, wireless Internet access, electricity (if needed), meals for one vendor representative and on-site parking. You may register up to 2 additional people for $50.00/person.

Please contact Conference Chair, Deb Hoadley (conferencechair@nhlibrarians.org) for more information.  You will be sent a vendor exhibitor agreement to finalize your registration.  Formal notification will be sent, along with your table assignment, when the completed agreement is received and reviewed. 

Payment in full is due by April 1, 2023.  Tables are limited, so please register early to make sure you have a spot at one of the most beautiful venues in New England!
