Zoom in with us for our 2022 spring conference and business meeting on May 5th from 1:00 to 4:30, free to all children's, tween, teen, or school librarians who register!
Our keynote speaker, non-fiction author Melissa Stewart will talk about ways to use non-fiction to engage and retain those hard-to-keep non-fiction readers and tweens. Julia Lanter will lead a panel about library renovations for youth, and Azra Palo will present some hints for weeding non-fiction collections.
After a break to forage for snacks, we'll move into the awards section of our conference. YALS will present the Flume and Isinglass winners, and Nancy Sheridan and Lucia Von Letkemann will lead the Great Stone Face Committee in presenting the 2022 winner and the new list of nominees!
