The topic is affordable (preferably free!) programming which is flexible -- changing formats, dates, times can be accommodated-- and staff-friendly, for those of us with limited time/energy for prep. Also how to work with community partners and other libraries to create collaborative programming. We plan to highlight the READS programming database and online resources.
